We will be presenting our product at the Brisbane Food and Hospitality Show Sunday 5th and Monday August 6th. Celebrity chef Tim Hollands will be cooking up a Melbourne storm with our mussels at the show.

New refrigerated truck

We are proud to announce the arrival of our 8 pallet refrigerated truck from UD trucks and Ausco truck bodies. The truck is fitted with a Tranzfreeze TU E 19 chiller unit with three phase standby. Export accreditation!

Bay Sea Farms processing plant at 21 Bennetts Road Mornington has now been approved for export. This in conjunction with our harvest area’s export approval allows us to send our produce overseas. This will enable us to continue the expansion of our mussel production to lead to full utilisation our large sea-lease resources.
