Bay Sea Farms operates around Mt Martha and the waters of the Mornington Peninsula, south-east of Melbourne, Australia. In this pristine environment it grows and harvests the best quality mussels, year-round, for chefs and food lovers who appreciate flavoursome, clean and sustainable seafood.
The creative force behind the business is Peter Lillie, whose family has been an integral part of primary production in Australia for generations.
He began the business in 2006, harvesting a range of shellfish products, but soon shifted his focus, to specialise in producing the very best Australian mussels.
Bay Sea Farms is now an industry leader. It supplies superb Mount Martha Mussels to selected restaurants throughout Australia and has plans to introduce them to markets around the world.
